  • To facilitate booking and reservation services: We process your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address to enable seamless integration with third-party reservation systems.
  • To enable authentication for payment processing: We process your Phone Number to allow payment gateway providers to send One-Time Passwords (OTP) for verification.
  • To respond to user inquiries and provide support: We may use your provided information to assist with booking confirmations, modifications, or other support-related requests.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations: We may process your information as required by applicable laws or to fulfill regulatory requirements.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We only share your personal information when necessary to facilitate core service functions, as outlined in this section.

We may share your personal information in the following situations:

  • Mobile Number: Shared exclusively with third-party payment gateway providers for the sole purpose of processing One-Time Password (OTP) authentication during transactions.
  • First Name, Last Name, and Email Address: Shared with third-party reservation systems strictly for the purpose of confirming and managing service bookings.
  • All such disclosures shall be made in compliance with applicable data protection laws and contractual obligations. Third parties are strictly required to handle your personal information securely and are prohibited from using it for any purposes other than those explicitly authorized.

  • After this period, the data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

DO INDIAN CITIZENS HAVE SPECIFIC DATA PRIVACY RIGHTS?

7. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties for business or commercial purposes other than redirecting to reservation system and payment gateways. Any disclosures made are in compliance with written agreements between us and our service providers.

Furthermore, we may use personal information solely for business-related purposes, such as internal research for technological development and demonstration purposes, which does not constitute the “sale” of personal information under applicable privacy laws.

We have not sold, shared, or disclosed personal information to third parties in the past twelve (12) months and will not engage in such practices in the future.
